Borgo San Felice San Felice - Italy Borgo San Felice sits high on a hill among the vineyards and olive groves of the Chianti Hills, not far from Siena.

Since the eighth century, the tiny hamlet of San Felice has been considered one of the most important wineries of the Chianti Classico estates, making it a classic destination for wine lovers.

This beautiful Relais & Châteaux hotel looks out across a labyrinth of winding alleyways and shaded piazzas, its 43 rooms and suites situated in the main palazzo or in medieval houses with their characteristic loggias, arches and stairways. Furnished with handcrafted Tuscan antiques, rooms have far reaching views of the hills or overlook the charming lanes of the hamlet.

The Poggio Rosso restaurant, with over 200 labels in its wine cellar, serves innovative dishes that never lose sight of Tuscan culinary traditions.

Facilities include tennis courts, a swimming pool, pitching and putting green, a gym and the Health Centre.

Guests have access to mountain bikes and can explore the many wonderful nature trails in the region. Tuscany's rich cultural heritage is also on your doorstep with its Romanesque churches, Chianti abbeys, castles and medieval houses.
