L'Andana

Hotel L'Andana is a luxurious estate, which used to be the hunting residence of Leopold II, the Grand Duke of Tuscany in the 18th century.

Created by Alain Ducasse, the five-star hotel is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma and stretches over a 500 ha estate in Località Badiola, near Castiglione della Pescaia.

The hotel offers 33 beautiful rooms made up of suites, junior suites and de luxe rooms all with wonderful panoramic views over the swimming pool, gardens, olive groves and vineyards.

Individually designed by Italian architect Ettore Mocchetti in country-chic style, with rustic colours and classic antiques, all rooms offer direct-dial phones, satellite television, DVD players, CD players, high-speed Internet access, fireplaces, sofabeds, complimentary newspapers, bathrobes and slippers. Bathrooms have designer toiletries, makeup mirrors and hair dryers.

La Trattoria Toscana restaurant serves a traditional Tuscan cuisine with some of the finest seafood along the coastline of Tuscany. The wine list includes the best nectars in the Italian wine palette.

L'Andana offers a beautiful swimming pool, a large outdoor Jacuzzi pool in the villa garden, tennis court, bicycle rental, horse riding and sandy beaches nearby. Managed by Espa, the spa also includes a fitness area, sauna, hammam, vitality pool and an internal pool.
