Description
The 4 star Riyad El Cadi is situated in the centre of medina, the old town of marrakech.
It is located at the end of a calm alley only 5 minutes walking distance from the exciting and bustling main square jemma el fna. Once a long time home of a Moroccan noble family, the 14th century building was recently renovated and decorated by a former german ambassador, using traditional workmanship and
materials, but offering highest comfort for its guests.
This hotel is like a private art museum. Wander around the labyrinth of interconnected courtyards salons and alcoves and you will discover magnificent berber and islamic art treasures from the internationally renowned collection, a true feast for culture vultures.
Courtyards lounges and vast terraces are the ideal setting for reading, playing cards, dozing or having a sun-downer.
The Riyad El Cadi is not a hotel with indistinguishable rooms but a guesthouse where all rooms are individually created.
Twelve rooms and suites are situated around five courtyards thus ensuring private atmosphere and quietness. High attention is paid to the quality of beds and bedding and the bathrooms. The hotel offers three double rooms six suites one single room and the blue house with two double rooms. All rooms are decorated individually and display parts of their renowned collection of berber and islamic art.
The Chef is happy to discuss the menu with you for lunch or dinner or he can surprise you with his excellent moroccan and international cuisine.
Parking is not available at the hotel. Additional information children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
