Constance Le Prince Maurice

The Le Prince Maurice is a beachfront resort consisting of traditional-style huts set in tropical gardens and overlooking a calm turquoise lagoon.

The resort features 76 thatched roof suites, all of which have themed spice route décor, with vibrant colours and rich dark wood furniture. All have air conditioning, CD/ DVD players, IDD telephones with voicemail and Internet connections.

A gangplank leads through mangrove trees to the unique floating restaurant, Le Barachois, which serves grills, seafood and Mauritian specialities. The hotel's L'Archipel Restaurant serves light, spicy gourmet cuisine on alfresco terraces overlooking the pool and beach. Exotic cocktails and drinks are served alfresco in Laguna Bar, with has charming views of the sea.

The swimming pool is located on the edge of the white sand beach, whilst two 18-hole championship golf courses, The Legends and The Links, are located in the hotel's grounds, as well as two floodlit synthetic grass tennis courts.

The Body Doctor Fitness Club offers instruction for men or women of all ages and capabilities; the Guerlain Institute provides expert beauty treatment and in the Massage Parlour one can enjoy reflexology, shiatsu, ayurveda and aromatherapy. Watersports such as kayaking, windsurfing and canoeing can be arranged by hotel staff.

For kids, the Les Petits Princes Club has a games room, dining area and private pool. Bookworms are catered for by an extensive literature- filled library, which is also stocked with newpapers and magazines.

Gift shops include fashion, jewellery and souvenir boutiques. The business centre comprises of an entrance lobby, ante room and board room for 16 delegates.
